1. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all 50 states within the United States.

2. Free shipping on small parcels

We provide free shipping on all small-parcel orders above 199 $ in the US.

However free shipping does not apply to the below states:

• Alaska
• Hawaii
  

For the above states shipping fees will always be applied during check-out. 

3. Pallet deliveries & Bulk orders

Products shipped on pallets, including target bundles, non-handheld machines, and other bulk orders, are excluded from our free small-parcel shipping offer.

Pallet freight is calculated based on the delivery destination and order size and will be displayed at checkout or quoted separately before dispatch.

Please note that delivery times for pallet shipments may differ from standard parcel services and are subject to carrier availability.

4. Delivery Times

Please add your products to the cart and go to check out to see your exact delivery times for your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions.

5. Order Processing / Cut-off time

• Orders are processed the same day, if the order has been placed before 11.00 AM (GMT -6). 

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

6. Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. 

7. Delivery Issues

• If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our customer support team at support@nordicclays.com with your order number.

• In the case of incorrect or incomplete addresses, we will not be able to change the delivery address once it's been shipped.
  Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
