We do not ship orders for delivery to Canada through our website.

When will my payment be deducted?
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

Yes, Nordic Clays uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, meaning your data is secure and cannot be read by other third parties.

Returns & Warranty
30-days risk-free refund
Nordic Clays offers a 30-days risk-free refund on goods purchased on the website that has been delivered to the EU or UK, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The return period starts on the day the order is delivered.
Refund policy: The TrapMaster & the Clay magazine is eligible for the 30-day risk-free refund. Any opened clay pigeon boxes are EXCLUDED!
If the return period has expired, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us at your own expense.
We will not accept Cash on delivery packages.

Conditions:
In order to process your return, we would like to notify you of the following conditions.
- The request for cancellation must be notified to us no later than 30 calendar days after the delivery, and the products must be returned to us no later than 30 calendar days after we are informed of your use of the right of cancellation/withdrawal.
- If the return period has expired (30 calendar days from delivery date), you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us at your own expense to the below address.
- We will not accept Cash on delivery packages.

Please note that you are responsible for the condition of the product and of the decreased value of the goods caused by handling it other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods.
This means, that you are allowed to try the product for the duration of the return period (30 calendar days).
If the purchase is canceled, Nordic Clays will evaluate the item's condition and if its been used excessively and not been taken care of properly. Once the evaluation has been done you will either receive a full refund or a deducted refund dependent on the condition of the item(s).
Warranty
There is a 2 year warranty on products according to the Danish Sales Law. The warranty applies to all errors in software, material and fabrication.
Complaints regarding errors and defects on products bought through our website, must be reported to Nordic Clays in a reasonable time after the goods have been received. We consider a maximum of two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint waives right to warranty if the items are handled improperly or unusually.

Warranty has expired, I need a repair
We pride ourselves in making long lasting products, except our clay targets of course.. But as time goes by, your warranty will eventually run out. Don’t worry, we got you covered.
